When you contact us or use the client portal we collect the details you give us: name, company, email, phone, project brief, billing address, payment references and screenshots, and your drawn signature. We also record the time, timezone and browser used to submit a form.
To scope, deliver, invoice and close your project, and to keep a signed record of what was agreed. We do not sell or rent your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Submissions are stored in a private database and file bucket hosted on Supabase. Access is restricted to Loomix staff accounts. Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us are held in those services under their own policies.
Project records are kept for as long as we are required to for accounting and legal purposes, typically seven years. Ask us to delete anything not covered by that obligation and we will.
