These summarise how every Loomix project runs. The signed onboarding form and completion agreement for your project take precedence where they are more specific.
A project begins when the onboarding form is signed and the advance is received. The plan, scope, fee and revision count recorded there define the work.
Fifty percent of the project fee is due at onboarding and is non-refundable. The balance is due before handover. Final files, credentials and deployment are released against a settled account.
Each plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds. Work outside the recorded brief is quoted separately before it starts. Feedback is given in consolidated rounds through the agreed channel.
Delivery estimates assume content, feedback and approvals arrive when needed. Delays on the client side pause the schedule.
Clients warrant they own or are licensed to use everything they supply. Domains, hosting, licences, plugins, fonts, gateways and API costs are the client's and are not part of the project fee.
On full payment, ownership of the custom work passes to the client. Loomix retains its internal frameworks, tooling and reusable components and grants a perpetual licence to use them within the delivered work.
Defects in the delivered scope are fixed free of charge for 30 days from the signed completion agreement. Ongoing maintenance requires a separate retainer.
Loomix may show completed work in its portfolio and marketing unless the client opts out in writing. Confidential data is never disclosed.
Loomix's total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for it. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
The governing law and jurisdiction for each project are recorded in that project's signed completion agreement.
